How to return an item
Receive instructions
We will reply with the relevant information for your return.
Pack securely
Protect the item in transit and include information that lets us identify your order.
Hand in the parcel
Keep your shipping receipt until we have completed the return.
Condition of the item
You may inspect the item as you would in a physical shop. If it has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, properties and function, a loss in value may be deducted.
Partial returns
If one order contains several items, you may return one or more of them. The original delivery charge is not refunded for a partial withdrawal.
Responsibility in transit
You are responsible for the item until we receive it. Pack it securely, preferably in its original packaging if it remains suitable.
Uncollected parcels
Not collecting a parcel does not by itself constitute a valid withdrawal. Contact us clearly if you wish to cancel the purchase.
Refund
We refund the relevant amount to the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or you provide proof that it has been returned.
