EAN payment

Public institutions can select EAN invoicing when available. Please have a valid EAN number and the required invoicing details ready.

Payment by EAN

OutNorse.com offers EAN invoicing to Danish public institutions. EAN payments carry a DKK 79 handling fee plus DKK 79 for business delivery. Standard payment terms are net 30 days.

How do I order with EAN?

Select “EAN payment” at checkout and enter the institution’s EAN number. We send the invoice electronically through NemHandel. Add any purchase order number, contact person or other required invoice reference when ordering.

Who can pay by EAN?

EAN payment is available to public institutions with a valid EAN number. Private companies cannot use this payment method.

What does EAN payment cost?

A DKK 79 handling fee and DKK 79 business delivery fee apply. EAN orders are always shipped using business delivery.

What are the payment terms?

EAN invoices have standard net 30-day payment terms.

Does EAN affect delivery time?

Delivery may take longer because goods are dispatched after the EAN invoice has been confirmed. We ship the order as soon as possible after approval.

How is the invoice delivered?

The invoice is sent electronically to the specified EAN number through NemHandel.
