OutNorse.com accepts payment with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, bank transfer, ViaBill and EAN invoicing.

Payment is charged to your account only when the item is dispatched, and we do not charge card fees.

All amounts are in DKK (Danish kroner) and incl. VAT.

OutNorse.com uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card details using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means your information cannot be read by others.

With bank transfer you are not covered by the chargeback scheme.

When paying with ViaBill, you will first receive your items. You then pay your monthly instalment on the 20th of each month. If you do not pay on time, a fee of DKK 39 will be charged. If you cancel your purchase, the payment agreement with ViaBill ceases. ViaBill finances purchases up to DKK 2,000. Amounts over DKK 2,000 are financed in cooperation with SparXpress. OutNorse undertakes to dispatch items within one business day after the order is received, unless otherwise stated. During sales, promotions or similar, a longer delivery time than normal may occur. OutNorse.com uses the following carriers: DAO, GLS and PostNord.

For shipping within Denmark the following applies:

- GLS delivers to parcel shops within 1-3 business days for DKK 0 for purchases over DKK 799, and DKK 39 for other purchases.

- DAO delivers to parcel shops within 2-3 business days for DKK 39.

- PostNord delivers to parcel shops within 2-3 business days for DKK 59.

- PostNord delivers with mail delivery within 2-3 business days for DKK 85.

- If the buyer wishes to collect directly from the address, this must be arranged before the order is placed.

For shipping outside Denmark the following applies:

- OutNorse reserves the right to charge shipping for orders outside Denmark if the cost exceeds DKK 59. Contact us for further information at info@outnorse.com

As a consumer, you have a 100-day right of cancellation when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 100 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

The period means you have 100 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to info@outnorse.com or use the standard cancellation form found at the bottom of these terms.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without simultaneously notifying us.

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

Note that you will not get shipping costs back if you cancel part of your purchase.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

You must pay for the return shipping yourself, and you are liable if damage occurs during transport.

If the item has lost value because you used it in a way other than what was necessary to determine its nature, properties and function, you may only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean you can only get the shipping costs back.

We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a loss of value for the item.

If you cancel your purchase, you get your money back. If the item is diminished in value, we deduct the amount you are liable for.

We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we received your notice that you wish to cancel the agreement.

We refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you provide us with documentation that you have returned it.

You can also cancel the purchase by notifying us and delivering the item in person at the above address. Personal delivery must be arranged in advance.

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply.

This means you have a 24-month warranty.

If your complaint is justified, it means you can have the item repaired, replaced, get your money back or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint is always timely.

If the complaint is justified, we refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Remember to get a receipt for dispatch so we can refund your shipping costs.

We register and pass on the personal information necessary to deliver the item to you.

Personal data is registered with Into North ApS and retained for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We also cooperate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

You have the right to know what information we process about you.

If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may be the case if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we needed it. You can also contact us if you believe your personal data is being processed in violation of the law.
